Hi there, I have started this site with zero CSS knowledge and Im so proud of it! thanks for encouraging us!

BUT I have been visiting the forums quite often trying to find why on earth the full screen plug in doesnt work! I already updated the jquery, any ideas why this is not working? its driving me frankly mad!

Thanks so so much in advance for any hints!

What is the full screen plugin?

Plus, you have some bad code outputting in your template - this would likely kill javascript from working altogether.

Hold down the shift key and hit refresh- maybe you're having browser cache issues (try some other browser to verify this...)

-you mispelled #the-background in your css style sheet plus you've done some mistakes in your index.php (...div id="wrapper"> class='section-1' etc).
Go through the DO_ME_FIRST.html intructions again...

I tried to install the plug to have full screen image (installed the 2 files from plug in supplied, copied and pasted the different code to css and index, updated jquery and thickbox)but now I have only a blank page.

Any idea what i'm doing wrong? (I'm complete novice so hope it won't be too embarrassing...)

Thanks

ok changed a bit stuff around and now got more problems:
1) i styled my front page from a page I liked. Now titles in section don't link to work I did in Studio. How can I establish a correspondence between headers in front page and editable section in studio?
2) still can't see full page background (plus other little problems) but suspect this may have to do with 1)

Argh....

Could someone please have a look and let me know what I did wrong?

thanks a lot

Hello There, I have small problem with this plugin because I´m don´t know nothing at all about css. I have download the plugin to resize full screen, upload the files in plugin folder, and updated the jquery and read the DO me FIRST. The problem is that my index.php theme it only says "built with indexhibit" I have looked in the rest of the 6 index.php files but I cant´t found this line "" to change them as it says in the instructions of the plugin. Its a stupid question, but I don´t know where is my index.php file
My web www.helenafc.com
Can anyone help me, please? thank very much

In Useful Threads there are two links in red...read those...a primer on where things are.

I can see your site just fine...you need to adjust some things but it's all there.

Hello Vaska, Thank you very much, I have read them. The problem I have with the plugin is that it says that I have to change this:

# Open index.php of your theme. Before the head of index.php, find this line
plug:backgrounder color='', img='', tile='' /
and replace it with these
plug:backgrounder color=''

# Exactly after the tag of index.php, add the following
div id='the-background'.....

# Exactly before the tag add this
/div...

But in my index.php it doesnt says anything of that ¿? nothing about background, so I can´t change that ...

I don't think you are opening the right 'index.php' file...but now you have messed up the /ndxz-studio/site/plugin/index.php file. Reupload that file...

You need a normal text editor. With Dreamweaver in design mode you see nothing...just that build with indexhibit and that is not what you need.

I always recommend people on the Mac use Coda for these kinds of things.

Your background div should have a position absolute and a z-index. But, you have other issues with your customization...in Useful Threads read the link about proper styling of padding and margin on #menu and #content.
