When I click on "View Your Site," this is what I see: http://misakoishida.com/. Why is that?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your reply.

There are one index.php in the "ndxz-studio" folder but the website still looks the same...

I am not sure what is my root folder is.

your root folder is where the ndxz-studio folder is.
Compare the structure of a fresh indexhibit download with what you have in you server.
You ought to have a specific index.php file as the same level as you ndxz-studio folder.

Now they are... you were missing a file.
Your site is here: http://misakoishida.com/index.php
Delete or rename the index.html page in the root folder and you site will appear without a splash page...

Thank you! I can see my site now with this: http://misakoishida.com/index.php.

But I am a bit confused. Am I deleting the index.html file? Can I delete it from the cyberduck?

I figured out so I thought I can share what I did.

Everything worked out fine after I change all the file's 'file permission' settings to 777.

That was it!!
