Have been having the same problem for two weeks when I attempt to install indexhibit.

I have tried removing and adding the folders, properly changing the permissions... I follow the directions to a tee and always wind up with the same result.
I am hosting with doteasy.com and have set up my MySql username and password.
Any advice would be great! Thanks!
I can't even find the files on your server. We do not do support for free hosting because it is nearly always extremely problematic - because free hosting is simply not worth it.

I don't know...as I said...I can't even find the files on your server. Sure, it's possible, but at this stage there is nothing we can even do because we see no files.
You could ask the host if you are allowed to change permissions on folders...and which changes are acceptable to them.
