Hi. I wanted to try indexhibit on my local computer before putting it up to the web.

I installed XAMPP(for windows), Apache is running and so is the MySQL Server.

I put the files beneath the htdocs folder into an extra folder called indexhibit.

So the URL to install indexhibit is:
http://localhost/indexhibit/ndxz-studio/install.php

The Page is displayed but i cant select any Languages. There is nothing but "Make Selection" in the DropDownBox.

Also hitting the Next Button brings no results.

Somebody has a clue what went wrong?

That it doesn't work on Windows based servers? Yes, it does not work on Windows based servers...not even xaaaaamp.

We do not support local dev environments because it's beyond the scope of this forum.

Well, I have the same problem but i didn't installed it local but on my website server.

Check if your host gets the requirements.
