Hey,
the problem is when i google my site oneintwo.gr shows for description my menu headings (not only that the earlier format of them) and not the description from the meta tags.
Also the title of my page is One in Two Design when i google that nothing is shown, Google 'wakes up' only when oneintwo.gr is been written.
Because that is what Google normally does. You should research what and how Google does its indexing to understand all of this better. This isn't actually an Indexhibit issue.
Everything is appearing just as it should on Google...
In time...'if i don't touch anything from meta tags etc' everything will come to normal right??
Google needs time??

No, I don't think so. Why is it that people think meta tags are so important when for years now they aren't? Google reads your content and mostly is looking for h1, h2, h3 tags and well made html.
But, I am not an expert on these matters - Google is the place to find this information.
