Looks good...the only very minor things I would even think about changing are the uppercase links in the #content area. Perhaps the treatment of type in that area as well.

But that's really minor.

Someone just viewed my page in IE and said the logo looks like an X as in picture not showing.

Instead of linking my logo as an image I'd love to write it in the pre-nav area in settings, is there a way of dong this without having the entire contect area change font and size?

Actually, that's the other thing I was going to say...test your site in all the PC IE browsers (maybe or maybe not include IE6).

I'm not sure if this is the problem but it could be - see what's wrong here?

I'd fix that for starters. If the problem persists validate the page and see if other issues come up.

Since I didn't like the way my attached jpeg logo looked, I removed it and instead typed my logo into the pre-nav section and styled it with code.

This worked in that the logo looks cleaner and it still works as a link to random pictures on my homepage;

BUT now the MENU behaves strangely: Words shrink when I hover over them and all of the photos in my collections have disappeared...

I think I've written the code wrong and it's made the entire menu act as a link, because when I re-do the logo as a jpeg link, the photos in my collections re-appear.

I'm sure this must be simple, but the little code I know is purely empirical and I haven't been able to fix this.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated!

Fixed it!
I validated it, like you said Vaska, and there was a back slash missing at the end. :)
