It worked in the past, so it seems logical that this is either a browser caching issue (do shift + browser refresh a bunch of time) or something was changed or damaged.
It worked, but I transferred my indexhibit site to a new server:) I made everything just like in "Moving Server - Mini How To" and on the beginning it worked fine, but now I can't make changes...
And still nothing... I tried different browsers, different computers. I reuploaded all files to server via FTP. I can delete page but still can't save or preview. I just discovered that when there is no link on the beggining of the text on the page I'm trying to edit - save and preview buttons are working fine. Can you help me to resolve this problem?
Sounds like a mod_security issue - ask your host if they are using it and if so tell them that the rules need to be adjusted.
mod_security causes many random problems like this.
I asked, and thay said that they don''t use mod_security.
I'm now checking my pannel in indexhibit with firebug and when I'm using save button there is error...

It seems like my host have poor support on his website. Once they told my thay don't use mod_security, now they telling thay do. I've just sent an e-mail to resolve this problem. I hope it will help... Thanks for your help Vaska :)

I've encountered the same problem....unable to activate the SAVE/PREVIEW button. But when I simply type some simple characters, sometimes it can be save. Just like you, deleting the whole page is possible.
Could it be the incompatibility of Indexhibit V0.70e with all the new browsers (a bunch of those updated recently)? Or maybe my Indexhibit CMS v0.70e somehow corrupted by itself and need to be replace?
Anyone out there can help?

Hi, the same thing is happening to me. I contacted my server about mod_security, but their adjustments didn't seem to do the trick. Has anybody found a solution? I've tried replacing the files on the server, refreshing, and using different browsers...

the same here...'save' button is dead. no I realized that 'preview' as well :(
it is sorted now in my case.
mod_security. issue.
my host added my IP to their whitelist. all works perfectly
