Hello,
I wanted to upgrade my older version, but now my site says

Fatal error: Class 'exhibit' not found in /www/htdocs/w00bf859/indexhibitv070e/ndxzstudio/common.php on line 122

my homepage is: juliaschmidt.net

I already payed for the one upgrade, but maybe I should deinstall and install completlynew?
I did the back-up and I also changed the 755 to 777
Then I replaced and changed names from the exhibits in formats in the new folder.
Do I have to delete the old ndxz-studio folder?
Can anybody help? I would also pay a bit more, but I am not able to fix it on my own except with deinstall and complete new installation. That would be okay for me.

Thank you very much.

Julia

Hi Julia: if you can and are up for it, a new install is the best way to go. Upgrading could possibly be alot of extra work if your site was relatively simple.

Thanks a lot Vaska for your quick answer!

I think I woud be faster with a new installation.
Maybe I have to come back in the other part of the forum for little questions.

But: how do I deinstall all the indexhibit-datas from everywhere now?
(And do I have to pay another time?)

No, you don't have to pay again...

Don't deinstall anything for the moment. Upload your Indexhibit 2 files. When you install, make sure you change the Database Append (but it should be called prefix) to something like "ndxz2_" and then install.

In the help section there are tutorials about installation that should be helpful. Let us know how you are doing...
