When I click edit under an image, it redirects to a blank screen.
But the click seems to trigger many operations/processes, for instance:
The bottom left corner of my browser says "waiting for dspatking"
playart.org, googleads, transferring data from x.domdex, pixel.rubiconproject

Sounds like your site was hacked - those are not Indexhibit messages...

Do you have any recommendations on how to "un-hack" ? I need to make changes before Friday.
Look in all the index.php files around your file structures and delete out the 'script' code at the beginning of them. It might only be one file...it could be many (hence the need for checking all of them).
I can see the code at the top of your login page - bring it up and view the source the code.
Afterwards, since I'm guessing you haven't done this, back-up your files (ndxz-studio) so should it happen again you can simply reupload your system files to deal with it.
