The menu is also completely not working with the indexpand plugin - don't have enough experience with php and ajax to customize it into a plugin so it's a standalone jquery element. Once the documentation is released hopefully I can get it to work with the system.

To be honest, I realized that it's not too hard to use jquery with indexhibit about a month ago. Since then I just browse around for code and see what would work. I use queryloader for my preloading, some random menu js and a drop down div jquery element for the project info (will do a tutorial soon).
Jquery is so awesome, and really is the trick to making user experience more enjoyable!
