I am wondering how I can remove the Main title, but keep the links under it, and keeping the other titles (Furniture, lighting, ceramics) but disabling them as links

To hide the Main section simply click Page Options and switch Hide from index to On.

To make a section just into a section title, simply switch Publish to Off.
