Indexhibit Support

Thank you indexhibit!
I just took the "built with indexhibit" link away on my home page. Problem is I don't know where to paste the code for it to show up on the last page on my site. I want it to be on the left side with the navigation but only on the last page.

The pre-nav and post-nav area appear through all your webpages.
You can insert a div in that specific page with css or javascript. Coding skills are needed though...
