Indexhibit Support

Hi there, I have been looking for answers regarding my counter issues for days re the following problem, as described on a former thread:

"I have installed the slideshow plugin but am having a hard time with the counter. I have 30 photos in my exhibit, but as I press "next", it always shows 1 of 30."

I have exactly the same issue on my site:

but cannot, after reloading a couple of times, get the counter to correspond with the image numbers.

tried to insert those urls as links but the link function didn't work

Erm, ok I just pressed refresh in the yellow edit box at the top right had of the screen and it fixed it. That's all it took... after days of looking at code and scratching my head.

Which is weird considering I have logged in and out of my site several times since installing the plugin.

Sorry to hear about this. I'm not quite sure what the problem is but I heard this same thing from somebody else.

My guess is that it has something to do with browser cache getting bunched up - why would it do this? Not sure...but when we finalize the format we'll figure it out.
