I accidentally deleted part of the Index php code and now the menu won't load. Does anyone know how to reset this to default or have the code for the Index section beginning.. ?

Why don't you re-upload the original from the beginning?
If I did this, would it delete my entire website customization and existing albums?
No - re-uploading the index.php would just reset the html structure of the site.
Nothing to do with css customizations or content (css customizations is in style.css and content is in the database and your files folder)
The html was in the Admin>Assets section and after reloading two index.php files via FTP, nothing changed. Any suggestions?
