Alignment at bottom! how to fix?

I have been delighted with my discovery of indexhibit. It has allowed someone like me, with no prior HTML knowledge, to learn a few things about programming. I have ran into a few obstacles along the way but because of this forum and sites like w3schools and programs like Firebug for firefox - I've mostly been able to fight my way through them. However, I've stewed over this one for quite some time and I guess I'm not fluent enough to figure it out.

On my site - I can't figure out why the alignment of my content is at the bottom of the page. Please go to my website and click on one of the menu options to see what I mean.

Aside from wanting the content to be at the top of the page - I would also like to dictate other alignment elements dealing with the content. I have already discovered how to manipulate my menu's alignment.

Can anyone help? Please, in very simple terms (if possible) inform me of my errors.

*Also, I have embedded quicktime videos on my site that only show up on Firefox - they quicktime logo will show up in Safari but the video does not load. The videos have been compressed for web streaming with "fast start" enabled. Any help on this would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Check your margins on #menu and #content...I can already see that they are wrong. If you change one you have to change the other.
