When I try to do the install everything is fine except I get this error message on one of the checks: filesdimgs not ok
How do I fix this? I have changed the permissions for the needed folders and files. Not sure what I am missing?

I suggest you try to contact your host. Maybe they use different kind of folders permissions.

thanks. The folder permissions were fine except for that one, figured out what it should be and was able to get to the next step in the install. Now I am having a new issue.

On the page that asks for database server address, database name, database user name, database password, and database append. What do I put in the Database Append field?
