I have really tried to solve this but I do not know how to do it.
I upload the video. Visual index seems to be the only thing that works but the video is grey and when I click on it it starts but just the sound, no image...
What do I do wrong?

Have you tried exporting the movie with different settings and/or different format?
I will try that. As it is a mp4 file and 2,7 mb I thought that would work...
Maybe it's not in a web friendly format or something. Try it out.
I have converted the video with handbrake and tried again but it still does not work. Tried to put an old video .mov but it did not work either...
Or maybe I just do not convert the video correctly?
Are all the exhibit formats good for video?
Use Quicktime. And when you are outputting the file be sure to select it for web streaming.
Not all formats are good for web video...and you need to set them up properly. There is a wealth of information about how to properly output video on the greater web.

Do I have to get Quicktime Pro for this? I have quicktime player on my mac but when I export the video I feel it gets a bit complicated with lots of files, versions and text...
