Indexhibit Support

I've created my database and I'm now at the section of the installation where I enter my database details. I've entered these and clicked submit but it is just bringing me to a blank white page.

Had a look through the search results but no luck.

Tried reinstalling and creating a new database. Still the same problem

They have confirmed that the information is correct

Something must have gone wrong.

I'm confused on what you might have done wrong.

is it best to start from scratch again? create a new database and upload files again?

tried creating new database and uploading files again, still same problem

I clicked this url: laurageraghty.com/ndxzstudio/… which should take you to the login page but it doesn't seem to exist...
Make sure the files and folders are in the right directory.

yes, was just uploading files again. That link now says - Database is not installed.

but again, this is saying laurageraghty.com/ndxzstudio/… it is installed

Did you delete/overwrite all the files and folders in your server?

yes they have all been overwritten

Well tthis doesn't make any sense. If they've been overwritten the config.php file shouldn't exist (which is *likely* the reason you get this message) and the installation should take place normally.
