Verify the database connection details with your host.
Also check for any loose spaces in the end/beggining in each of your details.
Great. Issued solved.
The Database Host/Server was incorrect. Localhost was incorrect. I'm using GoDaddy, and the correct Database Host/Server name was found in my Database details under the heading "hostname".
It didnt work at first, had to change the permission to 777.
I had them set at 755.
