I've been using indexhibit for a website for a while now and been great. Recently however I am unable to upload any images, the button has disappeared. Do you know why this may be? Haven't changed anything and tried in various browsers. Could my hosting have changed something that would have affected this?

Buttons only disappear like that because of browser caching issues or the image itself was deleted from you server.
Try doing Shift and browser refresh at the same time to update the browser cache - does that help?
Thanks for getting back to me. I've tried updating bowser cache but unfortunately still the same. Also contacted my hosting to see if they had changed anything but apparently not. I've got a screen grab of what looks like here:
