Indexhibit Support

And I contacted my hosting but there asking all this and making me confused...

what server redirection did they ask you to do?
how did you use that site builder on this domain did you have to point the dns or upload files?
what dns do they want you to change

1 - no server rediretion
-- indexhibit is not a hosted service (which is why you have a webhost)
2 - YOU installed it
3 - SAME
4 - no change

Geez, now webhosts can't even figure this stuff out? I'm absolutely stunned.

I'll add...I'm stunned because what they are talking about with redirection is more or less the end of their business (because people no longer need a webhost to have a website). If they can't seem to differentiate this kind of thing - I have no idea what their support people are doing.
