I've a question regarding my index page. I already changed the image on the right side once, but don't know how I did this back then!? when I try to edit the index.php I can only find this code:

when I view the source online I get this:

so how can I change that image please? I'm a bit confused...

nevermind, I already figured it out... it was the "main" section I wanted to edit. sorry for any confusion!
