I'm not sure what version I use?!
I access via : indexhibit.org/ndxzstudio/
I have tried to login to my indexhibit account using my usual login and password, but have told been these are wrong. When I get to the retrieve password via my email it's failing to recognize this also. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Trying not to panic!

Yes, you have. You can't access your site via OUR website - your site is independent.
