I am wondering how I can get the website title (ELP) to vertically align with the other sections in the Index.

Structurally, aligning it without renovating the html would be a bit of work.

A super easy way to do this would be to make ELP a link on your site - perhaps simply renaming the 'main/home' page of your site and making sure it's published in the index. See how that goes first...
