Indexhibit Support

This is about the Legacy Visual Index Section. Does anyone have any idea how I order images by custom, so the visual index section images reflects the order of my exhibits? At the moment it seems random.

A later amendment to the code to allow ordering by user "ps" is a dead link.
I think I need to insert ORDER BY at line 27, but then what? Everything else works fine.

That's pretty out of date stuff - especially considering that we moved on from v1 over two years ago now. And, v2 does this properly out of the box.

I released those scripts only as a prelude to the current version...
