hello - i just executed the password reset and it didn't work. i am locked out of my site. please help. thx!

Did you try the default login?

yes - i did everything twice, cleaned the history, etc... i have done this once before about 4 months ago and it worked. i am not sure what is happening..

so - i was able to use the default password and get in through

mysite/ndxzstudio/

although since i updated to the v2 i was using mysite/ndxz-studio/
access and that doesn't work now. is this going to be a problem once i update the site? what is the difference? thanks!

If you've updated, you now use ndxzstudio. You can delete (but backup first) ndxz-studio.
