Hello...my web address is thecompanystudio.com and we've been using indexhibit for about 5 years now and very happy with it. But, we are about to redesign our website and will use our own hosting service and server. When I try to enter my FTP, it keeps saying that I have entered incorrect information when I am sure they are correct.
Do you think it has to do with redirecting the DNS when we first use indexhibit?
