Error Internal Server Error

LydiaTyburski / 2014-10-29 00:13:50

I keep getting this message: "Error internal server error", whenever I try to upload an image to my main page's backdrop. The error occurs After I press the upload button, after I have already added the file. Does anyone know what this might be from? Any input welcome! Thanks! My website is lydiatyburski.com

Has the uploader ever worked before or is this a new problem?

Which browser are you using?

I'm using Google chrome, its never happened before it has worked great for 3 years without a hitch.

Are you familiar with using "Inspect Element" with Chrome? It would be good to see what the console is actually outputting when you have this problem.

It could be something as simple as your 'tmp' directory needs to be emptied. A browser cache issue (Shift + browser refresh). Or even the space (database) is used up on your server.

Hmm, I tried the shift refresh, but it didn't clear the problem. I am not familiar with inspect element.

Send me the studio login to your site and I'll take a look.

I'm pretty sure it's a permissions or damaged file issue - reupload /ndxzstudio/assets/js/ and do Shift + browser refresh many times.

Check permissions on /files/ and /files/gimgs/ folders.

Check permissions on /ndxzsite/plugin/ajax.php trying 644 and 777 and see if one of them works.
