I would like to remove the white background behind my index so that the content may scroll behind the index tags. I would also like to add a highlighting to the index tags. Any chance there is a simple way to do it within 'plugin.ndxz_style.php'?

Just remove the background-color on #index.
If you view the source code you will which rules to target in your CSS for the 'tags'. I believe they are in the base.css file...
Thank you Vaska for your quick reply. Unfortunately I am not seeing background color in the base.css. However I did find it in the style.css. Thanks for a great program!
