You mean backup? You don't actually download a site from us. It also lives on your server (not ours).
With FTP simply backup the files to your own computer. The actual content (texts) live in the database. Your host provides a tool called PHPMyAdmin which can export this to your computer (as well). But, this is different on all hosts and you should ask them (or search Google for info about that app) for info/help about that part.
