Indexhibit Support

Hello,
I just purchased and downloaded the newest version. But I get the new version not working. I have exactly follow the tutorial (indexhibit.org/tutorials/upgrade/updating-a-version-two-indexhibit/) I have the version IndexhibitTM v0.70d but when I use the folder "ndxzstudio" upload to my FTP nothing happened.

When I remove my old folder (ndxz-studio) and replace have the folder "ndxzstudio" is my site from the air. What should I do?

You don't remove ndxz-studio until after you have upgraded.

What? What url are you looking at.

From that I can see the ndxzstudio folder is not there at all...

Ok, then you installed your upgraded site to "content". This won't allow you to upgrade from your previous version that was installed in the root. Perhaps this is the problem?

You can alleviate that by doing the obvious...

I've tried it as you indicated.
But unfortunately it still does not work :(

"What" isn't working?

keesmuizelaar.com/ndxzstudio/ is not working keesmuizelaar.com/ndxz-studio/ works, but i see not a yellow banner across the top of the studio with a link to complete the upgrade.

Reupload the ndxzstudio folder...start there...

I'm quite certain you are having some kind of permissions issue or files were not fully uploaded.

Nope...it still not working....i have tried to reupload the folder.
