is there a simple way to sort thumbnails row-wise and also align it in rows or in a grid in documenta (or some other similar format)? This was possible in the previous free version of indexhibit.
Thumbnails are sorted and alligned column-wise now, see here: jansilar.cz/index.php/homes/ .

I tried Visual index before. But I didn't notice that "permalinks" option hides other thumbnails when viewing particular image. May be some better term or explanation appearing when mouse hovers over the buttons would be helpful for users.
