Indexhibit Support

Hi,

I built a website with Indexhibit two years ago and this worked fine.
My website disappeared a few days ago and I have no longer access to it whereas I paid the invoices for my domain name and web hosting.
I was made aware that Indexhibit is not free anymore.
But, after paying, I still do NOT have access to my website, is it normal?

how did it disappear? Are the files still there when you use FTP to see the site?

All files are there on the ftp. Everything looks fine as it was the first day.

The same thing has happened with mine, I went to look at my art folio website a second ago and it has just dissapeared.
I'm a paid user, all the files are still there on my domain server but when I go to the actual website it's just blank and white.
It was scary I thought maybe my site had been hacked at first.
I have a wordpress blog and other java / php stuff on the same server running just fine still.
Are you guy's doing something at your end?

Honestly folks, I have said this so many times over the years and it's even in our default response email at support - we can not and do not control your website from ours. It is not even possible.

We are not doing anything to your site. Something was changed on your server - and that's where this thread should begin. I'm closing this thread...
