Often link failure occurs

I can see how that's a problem. The issue is that Asian characters in the titles are reduced to a number when it's unable to recognize them. If you are trying to make an Exhibit link this will present a problem.

So, you need to be sure that the link you want is correct. And/or, you can make the link with an English title and AFTER it's published, change it back to a Korean title (but don't republish). Then, it will have a full url and a Korean title for the link (in the index).

I realize it's not perfect, but I was not able to figure out how to translate Asian characters to phonetic english friendly characters.
