how do i get rid of the underline when you hover over linked text in the original default settings please?

for example on the 'title' and the built by 'indexhibit' link...

this is the code in the admin section under settings/theme/pre-nav text:

where can i actually find the code to get rid of the underline as it doesn't seem to be contained here?
