After having kept trying for few days the instructions for the password reset with no success, I don't know what should be my next step.
This is what I read:
"The requested URL /ndxzstudio/reset2.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
One note, the indexhibit folder I'm currently using is recovered from my external hard drive - not sure this might be part of the issue.
