I tried to install and filled out my site and database details and then it gave me this url and error.

I tried to install again but then it says it's already installed.
I never got asked to fill out a username and password so I used the password reset plugin, it says 'that should work now' however, the index1 / exhibit login password doesn't work.
Any help would be much appreciated.
