Hack - piggy-backing Pharma ads

DGlendening / 2015-07-14 20:58:38

I've been receiving notices via Google alerts that indicate some pharma co is piggybacking on my domain for adverts:

/buyer/d-uses/

This happened maybe a year or so ago and I cleaned it up temporarily by deleting some files from my host server. It recently, maybe a month a go, started up again.

I'm wondering if someone can tell me what files are necessary to keep, so I can delete the rest -- I'm not super fluent in this stuff.

Also, if anyone has any tips on how to prevent this, please pass them along -- I dont know if this piggy-backer is necessarily hurting anything but it's very annoying.

Thanks.

Edited: so Google won't index spam on this site...

It's not an Indexhibit issue - ask your webhost and/or consult the greater web for information about this.

PS: get those files off your site...
