I've tried to login to my website: clarkbeaumont.com, but have forgotten my password. The site has prompted me to enter my email address, but when I did (once) it's come up with the message: there was an error. I am hesitant to try any more times, as I'm afraid of getting locked out. Is there a reason why this message would come up for me? It's the correct email address that correlates with the website.

I am having trouble login in to my website. When I try and login it doesn’t recognise my email or password that I normally use. Then after a few try’s it asks for a password reset.I enter the email address in that I have always used and then it says it doesn’t recognise my email address?
