I had a malware injected which was clean through bluehost but before this happened I could access my website, now nothing appears. At first it appear as a server error, not sure which would be the solution.

Restore your backup. Many threads around here already on hacked sites.
Is there any other way, as I'm not sure which was the last backup...
it's suppose to be clean of threads now, can you please let me know where is the issue so I can fix it and work on the website again
Done, index.php must have been deleted by the virus
