I haven't been able to access my website for three months. I have tried to reset my password using the .php script. I am able to load the script message that says 'hopefully that worked', however when I try to then login using the index1 / exhibit login details, I receive a 'login err' message. On separate occasions, when the page that says 'enter your email address to retrieve password' comes up and I enter the correct email address, I also receive the message 'login err'. I'm at the end of my rope, as I need to be able to update my website for my business. I'd really appreciate any help that I could get. I don't think that I'm doing anything wrong in following the instructions. I believe there is some internal error that might need to be examined from the back end.
