I'm posting this thread for the purpose of showing people how to ask a question in the forum - some do's and dont's - it makes it ALOT easier for us...

DONT

- Don't ask us if something is 'possible'.
* Anything is possible if you know how. We could simply answer 'yes'.

- Don't ask us to write code for you.
* We'll help if you try...but you need to show us you are trying.

- Don't ask before researching the forum a little. So many questions have been asked before, it's likely that yours has been answered. Check the useful threads at the top of the page.

DO

- Post a URL to your site.
* This can make things so easy for us - we should require this.

- Try to be clear. (And, feel free to post in Spanish, French or Portuguese too - we'll get it.)
* We're busy too - oftentimes just passing through for a quick look at things.

- Post a clear, explanatory title. PLEASE HELP is not explanatory, nor clear, not polite.

We'll update this thread as we see more patterns emerging.
