Hi there,

So im trying one last time to get collapsing menus to work how the modified version is, where a menu closes when you click on another.

I have copied the latest jquery 1.3.2 into jquery.js

I then copied the text from this jquery cycle into jquery.cycle.all.js

http://www.alexatnet.com/files/jquery.cycle.min.2.62.js

however it still doesnt seem to work. my site is

http://www.danhaskett.co.uk/index.php

I guess its probably not that simple, but just thought id check if there was any hope.

Thanks,

Dan

Aside from Roger Arquer's site...do know of any sites that do what you are trying to do?

I'm confused - jquery.cycle.all plugin+new jquery=modified collapsible menus?
I think not...

The answer lies elsewhere... Vaska created a jquery function. It's easy to spot.

nooo..well i was gonna try and use the modified collapsible menu by thenine...but you need the new jquery to make them work, but that in turn stops the slideshows from working.

i just thought this could work but i guess not.

I noticed that the original slideshow plugin indeed has conflicts with new jquery versions. I could be me though.

Does the iwakami plugin work with the new version? it should...

And anyway you don't need the latest jquery version and cycle.all.plugin to make this work - other people have done it with what came with indexhibit.
