I've just installed and entered my language now I'm asked for:
Database Server
Database Name
Database Username
Database Password
Any ideas what all these should be?

You need to get this information from your webhost if you don't know what these are. Just tell them you need to know all the database connection info.

I've been in touch and they let me know the details so I've got that sorted now. Only problem now is that I can't seem to get the website to go live, I've clicked publish - but it just goes to this place holder instead??
It's an index.html file in the way? Maybe you need to delete that out of the root of your site.
Just deleted index.html out of the root of my site and it seems to have made no difference.
If I direct my browser to the following it finds my site okay:
http://www.thisismakebelieve.co.uk/index.php
But just www.thisismakebelieve.co.uk still goes to the place holder page.
Don't worry, your site is working! This is a browser cache issue. If you go to www.thisismakebelieve.co.uk and hit ctrl+ refresh, you'll see it. It works for me!
