Thickbox text visible on thumb load

Hi
I am using thickbox for my friends site
www.frankselby.com
when i load a section (09, 08, 07 or 06) for the first time, i see all the titles and captions below the thumbnails as they load in...
this only happens on the first load, i guess it is all stored to memory for the second time.
Is there a way to fix this or is it normal?
thanks!

It's the alt attribute in the image tag... it's used by thickbox to get the image title and then show it via js in thickbox... So I guess that, yes this is normal.

thanks arson
i am not super confident with this,
so before i go digging
i should be able to remove the alt tag, cause i don't really need an alt for the thumbnails...
or does that mean i remove the title/caption data from the large view as well?

...if you remove the alt tag you remove the title from showing as well.
;-)
