Been mixing about with this Columner theme and come up with this Guy Phenix.
My problem is none of my links in the exhibits are working aka within the "about me" exhibit.
Any advice?

I'm using the columner theme on my site, josephprichard.com, and am having some issues with the way the menu & pre nav text display in Internet Explorer 7.
As you can see from these screenshots (Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2) the pre nav text gets bumped to the far right and bleeds off the screen instead of being left aligned. The background behind the menu is apparently transparent (instead of white) and the menu itself disappears when you scroll down the page far enough instead of staying locked to the top as in other browsers. I have only these screenshots to go off of— sent to me by a friend— as the PC I have here at home is running VISTA and it looks like IE7 is not supported.
Everything looks fine in IE8 and in the other browsers I've tested it on both Mac and PC (Safari, Chrome Firefox). Does anyone know if there is a way to correct this? I've been making some clumsy adjustments to the theme so its entirely possible that this is a problem I've caused myself.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Hello, I tried yesterday this theme and it worked really fine, but today I tried it and got this message(at the bottom of this post).
I didn't know what to do, so I reinstalled Indexhibit, but the problem persists.
ALSO, I created a new database and installed indexhibit and Columner theme, with the same bad result. I tried uploading Columner to my FTP twice and it still doesnt work. What can I do?

Hi, I've tried installing this aswell and seem to be getting the same results as [marioguerson].
I've placed the columner_ok folder and the ie.js file into the Site folder. Is this correct? I'm using the horizontal scroll plugin.

But I want to ask if with Thickbox format it's possible to make some link to another page, like on that site: http://www.mudchickenart.com/ .I know that he don't really use that Tickbox format, but I'm try to look for something like that.

First off, thanks. This theme is excellent. I'm no web dev. Never touched html/css/etc. and found this pretty damn easy to work with. And I've been learning a lot too!
Of course, I'm here to reach out for help as well as give thanks and praise. I have the same issue that another poster had. I searched through the posts and didn't see a solution...
Basically, I want the exhibits to only total 4 per column, then wrap to the right to the next column. I understand that I can do this by just creating a new column, but since the style is set in the css I can't figure out how to override that and make the section title invisible/gone. If I set "Display Section Title" to "Off", then my exhibit slides up to where the section title was, which appears sloppy (see in my link).
Can anyone let me know how to push this wrapped column down or display the section title, so it holds the place, but then make it white/invisible. Either way, I just want it to work.

Voilà je fais actuellement un blog pour une amie, blog qui servira de gallerie, indexhibit étant alors tout indiqué et ton thème de même ;)
Par contre je me demandais si tu pouvais m'aider à gérer un affichage comme celui sur www.archann.net pour ses créas plutôt qu'un affichage conventionnel sur la longueur ou avec des border sur les miniatures ... :)

Second I would like to change a few things. I've tried by myself for one day but nothing work. Sorry it's my first step in CSS.
1/Changing the colour menu. no colour in stead of yellow. But keeping the yellow only when the mouse goes by. I Went to ligne 43 et 48 for the yellow colour, but nothing change.
2/ Putting Built by indexhibit on the bottom left side.
3/ Changing the font size of my name (Edouardi Sepulchro) but keeping Photography and video as it his except the yellow colour. because there is nothing to clic.
I hope I'm clear.

I don't know if you can help me with my question.
At the moment, my logo on the right side is moving all the way right to left (depending of the size of the window). Is it possible to lock the position on the left.
Je le fais en français car en anglais je crois que je ne suis pas trés claire! J'aimerai que le logo ne dépasse pas une certaine position à gauche mais qu'il puisse aller "à l'infini à droite" (comme c'est le cas maintenant). Mais je ne sais pas si c'est possible, ni comment faire...

The columner theme is truly an excellent add on to Indexhibit – fantastic work on both! My question is about the placement of the nav links, image logo, and the image content itself. I want to move the image logo to the left side, the nav links to the right and the content dead center of the page, which part of the css should I be focusing on?

I have been trying out the theme, and i would like the menu to be in the right side instead of the left . Where can i change this ? In the css ? Help much appriciated :-)

j'en profite que ça parle français dans le coin pour demander de l'aide, je suis désespérée, je n'arrive pas à avancer pour des petits détails qui je pense, pourraient être réglés facilement, mais j'ai cherché partout et je ne trouve pas la solution.
Voici mes problèmes :
- Je n'arrive pas à mettre d'image en fond d'écran en page d'accueil.
- J'aimerais mettre mon menu bien calé, en dessous de mon logo.
- Et enfin, je ne comprends pas pourquoi mes pages/liens ont des noms pas possible,
ex : http://www.alexandrapraud.com/vjing/le-bonbon/
alors que j'ai nettoyé les urls, comme on a pu me l'expliquer ailleurs..
et en plus quand on cherche mon site sur internet, il apparait comme ceci avec le "cv", alors que je n'ai jamais fais en sorte que le cv apparaisse, je voudrais l'enlever :

I had no problem. Re-download (may have been corrupted during download) or change to some other zip-software:check Izarc, free and will take almost any format

I used indexhibit before. My temprary site is this Webpage.
But I wont it more like this Webpage.
It's made with the column theme. I just dont get how to get the thumbnails (the works) on the main site and furthermore how you relink it.

Hi! First of all thank you for the theme, it's great!! :D
I customized many things but I'm still having some issues I cant't figure aout how to solve them. I've already been around the forum looking for answers but had no luck.
Here are my issues:
* I cant's center the whole site
* I need to change the width of the content on some sections but have no idea how to do it
* On the Wedding section; when you get into the different sub sections; the image that displays below as content, moves down as you get on a sections that displays on a lower position.
* I'd like to center my logo on the top section but can't :(

Hi there, I've used the Columner theme for some time now. It's been months though that the 'Horizontal format' doesn't function with it on my website.
Some of my galleries are horizontal and some vertical (which looks terrible)
Could anyone give me a hand to understand why this is happening?

I've seen something wrong in the caption of your first image, you didn't close the <em> tag where you wrote scroll the page
if that doesn't solve the issue, you might check this recent post which have solved a similar problem
