Now sure what the hell I did but the index page is gone as is the studio.

My host says they have restored the database to Feb 3 but I still get nothing.

Any suggestions before I start over, from the beginning?

thanks.

It's not a problem of the database...it's a problem that you have the wrong files in the wrong places.

Simply uplooad new root /index.php and /ndxz-studio/index.php files.

People do this all the time, mostly whilst using Dreamweaver (and because they are not sure which files they are really editing).

I'm getting closer.

When I got to http://www.fractionmagazine.com/ndxz-studio/
I get "No direct script access allowed"

I am still missing something.

Start by reuploading all the files to their correct position - download a fresh copy of indexhibit and replace all files and folders -except the config folder and its contents.

I did this and get nothing.

The only thing that shows up is

-built with indexhibit

when I go to www.fractionmagazine.com and compare to other indexhibit sites, the "view source" info is drastically different. mine has almost half the code and does not mention the studio anywhere.

Also, when I go to http://www.fractionmagazine.com/ndxz-studio/ it says the directory has no index file.

Not sure what you mean - everything looks normal from my end... Maybe your server went down for a while...
