also they said my permissions HAVE to be 750 or 755. Would changing them back from 777 do anything?
Yeah, for starters you have the wrong index.php file at the root of your site. If you look at the files you downloaded from us at the base (the root) there is an index.php file - simply upload that file to the root of your site - your site should come back then.
No, it's worse than that...not even sure how they managed to get you this mixed up.
Right now the 'root' of your site is 'ndxz-studio'...it should be one level down from that. So ignore my previous comment...

I can access my site ok, i just cannot see any changes I make, it always goes to bad links...
