hi, i can't seem to upload any images. I chose the file and press upload but it just doesn't happen. Any ides why? It keeps loading but it doesn't actually upload. The images are not very big so i don't think that's the problem...
please help!

My web host has suggested to upload the images via ftp, would that work? How could i do that? if i uploaded them through ftp, that would mean using cyberduck and then how would i see the images to put them onto the layouts??
Im not too sure if this is right, i don't think it sounds right, but then again i'm no computer expert....
I still can't upload any images, in fact its getting worst. But when i first set indexhibit up worked fine, so not sure what is the problem...

i have exactly the same problem, since about one week.
I can't upload any pictures anymore (it used to work well before), even when i try with cyberduck. i really don't know why...

But, you don't use Cyberduck to upload images to Indexhibit. Not sure what you are talking about...please explain.

I have same problem now, my site is up and running fine but when I go into my file manager now or 'projects' to upload new images it wont work anymore. I click 'choose' but it just reloads page without letting me actually choose new files to upload. any suggestions?

got it working myself in the end, incase someone else gets same prob, mine was because I switched from safari to firefox! just had to access site through firefox

What does this mean? I'm not sure if it is a size problem, because I have deleted another gallery and I still get these msgs when I try to upload more photos.

Thanks for getting back to me. I sorted out the section 'work' but still having a problem.
All the images i have on there are from a few months ago, i would like to remove some(delete which works fine)but uploading doesn't work. I'm trying to upload on my editorial project/page and it won't. When I choose browse,then select an image then try 'upload' it doesn't. Not to sure what else I can say to help identify the problem.
weird, if you can delete but not upload a new img I can only think something is going wrong in your uploading procedure (btw: how heavy are your photos?), or for some reason the server doesn't accept anymore to be loaded (any limit there?)
Hi I am having a similar problem. My images initially uploaded fine but now when try to upload images, it dawdles for a couple of minutes and then the upload form just disappears.
Furthermore, the images I did have seem to have disappeared from my /ndxz-studio/.
The images are all around 350kb
I have set my permissions for files, gigms, and config to 777
I have tried switching form safari to firefox
Nothing has worked so far.. Any advice?

Was reworking my style sheet when the problem begun.

Hi rickykappa :) I know, they all dissappeared, but they can still be found in my 'files' - 'gimgs' folder?! Apparently, according to my host they are getting added there, but just not showing on my site or /ndxz-studio/?!
I was still able to add images yesterday morning, then suddenly no more. I was tinkering with my style sheet at the time. Tried to set it back to what is was but no use.
Any idea whats going on?
uhmmm, no... not really. I can only guess that some files were corrupted, but I don't believe it has to do with the stylesheets.
one thing I would try is to reupload a fresh copy of all the files and folders in your ndxz-studio folder except the config and site folders (and respective content, obviously).
the above is just to make sure that everything in the indexhibit core is ok: if you're lucky things will be solved, if not you'll have at least a more restricted field to work out.
Done, all of them, no improvement.. Something is wrong, very, very wrong..
