Hi, really sorry for this post as im sure it is a simple fix, but read through many posts and for the life of me cant figure out why the site wont register when uploading to my media temple ftp.

I have tried it in the root folder: domains/mywebsitename/html

also in the folder domains/mywebsitename

one thing i have noticed, is that it has created a duplicate domain thing? called s90425.gridserver.com is this correct?

the link to my domain is here:
http://www.frankandproper.com/ndxz-studio/install.php

(all correct folders have been changed to 777)

anyhelp would be great.

MT is quality stuff...it works.

Problem is that you are uploading the folder and it's contents...instead of only the contents. See:

http://www.frankandproper.com/indexhibitv070e/

Just upload the contents and you'll be good.

upload the contents of the indexhibit folder into the desired folder on your site - in most cases this will probably be the root folder of your website

Your install page is here...

Sorry, Figured it out:

Media Temple, and any other quality host, already has there own "index.html" file in the ftp root folder.

Remove this and the indexhibit site appears.
